I have changed it a couple times from AC/DC- Back In Black to Pantera- Cowboys From Hell but have really stuck with Roy Jones Jr- Cant be Touched through 90% of my fights

I do listen to Music before my fights.. Believe it or not I listen to a TON of country (If you know me thats not a shocker haha)
What kind of music do you listen to in the gym?
In the Gym my Coach Jason Mertlich has a variety of music on his Ipod that we listen to as a team through Practice. all types from Reggae to Oldies haha and EVERYTHING in between
