		<description>Solid write up - I love pretty much all of these. I&#039;ve never seen the Gracie knee chop version, I&#039;ll have to try that.  For the lift and slam, there is a slight variation to lifting the opponent I find easier (entering with your hips like Ura nage?), but as you mentioned I&#039;m not doing it on 200 lb dudes.  

As for Bas Rutten&#039;s escape, I&#039;ve seen the video set this comes from and he also will elbow the thigh when they don&#039;t expect it. Nasty stuff :)</description>

I have learned over the years (and several failed attempts) that it can&#039;t be through any whacky food changed that you can&#039;t sustain and is inconsistent with what your family tends to eat.  I&#039;m hoping with minimal, sustainable cuts (soda) and more exercise I can make it.</description>
